Amazon.com essential video Michael Jordan, the greatest player in the history of team sports, gets an appropriate showcase with Ultimate Jordan, a two-disc set that's the most feature-packed sports DVD to date. It includes five programs previously available on VHS--some of the most spectacular footage is on Come Fly with Me (1989), which covers Jordan's youth, college years, and early NBA career. Michael Jordan's Playground (1991) is, as the title suggests, more fanciful, combining highlight footage with a fictional story line and a music video, while Air Time (1993) takes us into the championship and Dream Team years. The more sobering Above and Beyond (1996) covers the death of Jordan's father, his first retirement, and his baseball endeavors, and His Airness (1999) summarizes his career up through the famous final shot against the Utah Jazz. The numerous extra features collect various clips and highlights, but the best section is "Michael's Great 8," which provides 2.5- to 6-minute segments about significant Jordan games, including his 63 points against Boston in the 1986 playoffs and the 1997 "flu game" against Utah. Ultimate Jordan's release in the fall of 2001 coincided with Jordan's not-unexpected return from his second retirement, making it clear that there's another chapter in the Jordan legacy yet to be written. --David Horiuchi

Great for Fans September 30, 2008 David De La Vega (PA, Panama) I didn't have enought time to see it complete ( the games ) but the footage its fantastic .. few scenes are used more than one time, but if you are Jordan fan it don't gonna bother you .. at least not a problem to me.
Best MJ DVD ever July 13, 2008 Oscar Delgado (Tucson, AZ United States) What can I say? Being from Chicago I'm a huge MJ fun...but without any doubt this is the best MJ DVD every. Best purchase ever
THE SUMMERY ABOUT THE GREATEST BASKETBALL PLAYER EVER"S LIFE IN THE PRO'S July 5, 2008 T. King (California) COMPLETLY CONFIDENT IN SAYING THAT THIS IS THE BEST JORDAN VIDEO MADE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO'S EVER EVEN HEARD OF JORDAN.
Ultimate Jordan June 30, 2008 JESUS IS LORD (Indpls,In USA) This product was good quality and a nice price but the info that was given was not accurate. this product stated that there was some full basketball games, this was dissapointing for someone who enjoys the game itself this was a long highlight film that showed basically the same thing.
"Ultimate Jordan" is the ultimate April 28, 2008 C. Niad (Tamarac, FL) I purchased this dvd for my 7 year old grandson who is an avid basketball fan. He was absolutely enthralled with it, not only the basketball but the interviews with Michael Jordan. This is the type of sports figure I don't mind my grandson imitating - he's quite an athlete and a gentleman. I loved the video almost as much as my grandon!
