Don't buy from Fogdog. July 29, 2008

My son ordered two Celtics champion shirts, a large for himself and an XL for his grandfather. The XL was back ordered, yet they still charged us for both shirts although they shipped only one (against Amazon policy, from what I can tell). The large is over-sized, more like an XL, and so we tried to switch it to a medium, telling them we'd gladly wait if that was back ordered too, but fogdog refused.
It took three tries to get this resolved. Their service stinks.

I am sure the shirt is fine; however, the customer service from Fogdog is horrible. Ordered the shirt and they had told me that it would ship out in 5 days. Two weeks later they sent an e-mail stating that they had not shipped it and that it might take another month. Not worth the effort and canceled the order.
