I wasn't expecting the quality of this mat to be as good as it was. The density makes doing floor exercises much easier and the "folding function" makes it easy to store behind the couch.

Perfect for exercising, easily fits under bed even when folded. It is supportive yet comfy and can also double up as a liberator like coushin, if you know what I mean - easy on the knees!!

This workout mat is very nice. It is extremely padded and you can almost fall asleep on it, which isn't good if you are just stretching after a 5 mile run in 95 degree heat.
Not a reflection on the actual mat at all, but Amazon shipped it in a box that was about the same size as my 42" plasma box. This may upset some but the actual item is great.

Mat is easy to store, easily wipes clean, and provides superior cushion for the toughest workouts. Excellent product for the price.
