5 out of 5 stars Read this book if you're a procrastinator   December 5, 2008
Hoppaguy
This book like so many other "self-help" books has a lot of what I call common sense ideas of how to chase your dreams and work hard and so on and so on. But the big difference is that when you read it, you know it is within the context of a man that is dying shortly. Then you start to realize how he packed so much into his shortened life. I know it has made me change my perspective and just little things like looking at my task list and saying to myself, "geez that's been on there for awhile, why don't I just get that done." Anyways it is a fast read and is definitely worth reading. Please also check out his last lecture too, great speech.

I saw the interview but I wanted to read the book. What an awesome piece of work. His children will treasure this book and all the words later in life. What an inspiration to others --

I don't want to go over what all other 815 reviews have said, but this reviewer found this book to be a blessing.

God Bless.

5 out of 5 stars Similar to the video, but still inspiring   December 4, 2008

While I found the book mostly a repeat from the recorded lecture available online, I still found it inspiring. An example how to live each day as though it were your last.

5 out of 5 stars Man what a guy!   December 1, 2008

I saw the video, the tv special and now I have the book. What an amazing guy and message!
